Return & Refund Policy – Workstation Communication
At Workstation Communication, we prioritize customer satisfaction. Our flexible return policy is designed to give you a hassle-free online shopping experience.
- 1. The product must be unused. If returned in poor condition, we reserve the right to reject the return and send it back to the customer.
- 2. Returns must include original tags, user manual, warranty cards, freebies, and accessories. All returns must be made within 7 days.
- 3. The product must be returned in its original and undamaged manufacturer packaging/box. If it was delivered in a second layer of WSC packaging, it must also be returned in the same condition. Do not apply tape or stickers to the manufacturer's box.
- 4. If the product is incompatible with another device, the return is not applicable.
- 5. If the product is defective, it will be handled as a warranty issue. Customers must bring the product to the Workstation Communication office for warranty claim processing.
Please ensure you retain your invoice or order confirmation email as proof of purchase for any return or warranty claim.
